OCS Group (Australia) operates under an Integrated Health, Safety Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Control System. We have successfully held an ISO 9001 accreditation for our Quality Management System since inception. Our approach to Quality Assurance and Quality Management underpins our entire service ethic and is incorporated within our integrated Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Management System. We aim to deliver exemplary service to all of our customers and continually measure the impact our service has on their staff and customers. We quantify every aspect of our service and we measure our performance in a proactive and useful way.

Our integrated Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management System, is an amalgamation of our externally certified policies and procedures into one user centric framework. Our integrated approach encompasses all three elements (Health Safety, Environmental and Quality) encompasses all the provision either singley, in multiples or as an integrated service so as to deliver quality Outsourced Client Solutions for customers in the market place.  We are now nationally accredited to ISO 9001 Quality standards, OHSAS 18001 and AS/NZ 4801 Health and Safety standards.

Many of OCS’ divisions around the globe have achieved accreditation to ISO 14001, the global Environmental Management standard and in the coming future we are aiming for accreditations also. As part of our HSQE system we have a company wide environmental policy, review and manage our environmental impact, and set targets for improving performance. We have developed a range of service methodologies that are designed to reduce energy use, water use and waste to landfill, and improve the environmental credentials of our service provision.

We manage this in a number of ways - from the installation of first aid kits to behind the scenes activity of pest control and washroom protection through our world class Activap™ feminine hygiene system.

We conduct regular internal audits, conducted by our internationally certified lead and business improvement auditors, detail the actions by raising non-conformance reports to ensure the appropriate corrective action is undertaken. We measure the standards we achieve against your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Our people are supported with customised, site and service specific training. We also have a range of leadership and management training, designed to equip staff with the skills required to become effective supervisors and operational managers. Our in-house training team is led by our HR & Training Manager. In 2013 we completely reviewed and revised our training programmes to be industry leading.
We follow robust, documented and regularly reviewed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), allowing our clients to benefit from proven, best practice procedures. These SOP's cover all areas of our business including service delivery, HR, contract management, financial management and health & safety. Compliance is checked as part of a rolling audit programme overseen by our dedicated Safety & Compliance Team.
